Refunds & Returns Policy
All items carry our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items unused, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges).
For faulty items, please contact our office, between 10:00am and 4:00pm Monday – Friday (AEST), on either email@example.com or +61 2 9316 4665 before returning any goods.
We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect.
In this case please call +61 2 9316 4665 or email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending goods back.
In the case of clothing purchases, please be aware that items will incur a $10 dry cleaning fee should the item be returned marked with make-up, deodorant or any other visible stain.
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed.
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered on products or any garments where the packaging has been damaged.
- Red Earth Market is not responsible for the for freight costs in returning the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case Red Earth Market will cover any postage costs. Please call +612 9316 4665 or email email@example.com prior to sending goods back.
- No refunds will be offered for freight costs where the goods are returned but are not deemed faulty. In these cases, only the costs of the goods will be refunded.
- Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card. Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke.
